Sandra, Well it certainly looks like the 1820 John Wynn in Emanuel County is yours. I saw that John was living next door to a Leonard Dekle in 1840 Lowndes Co Ga. And the William Durdens who was next door in 1820 Emanuel was probably the one who married Mary Dekle and was the father of Eleazar.
There are a couple more Hall/Johns marriages that I found -two of Cyrus Kinyan Hall's granddaughters married Johns men. They were daughters of Madison Hall and Lydia Wilkes. Oweida married Thornton Johns and Florence married 1) a Mr. Williamson and 2) Leonard Garfield Johns.
Also, I found a reference to a Jane Hall Johns Matthews. See my post from today at the Hall genforum. She was born 1813 in Florida and married a Fleming or Clement Johns. This was long before any of my Halls are known to have been in Florida, but I have to wonder if she might have been related somehow also.
I think we are seeing that there were lots of connections between these families.
