Sandra, Giving it some more thought, I really don't know which couple was the parents of Archibald Johns. I do have another marriage to a Hall - that of Emeline Hall, born 1814, who was the daughter of Hardy Hall Sr, married Tarlton (Tarleton) Johns. He was possibly the brother of Archibald Johns, but I'm not sure. Hardy Hall Sr was the half-brother of Martha Thigpen, Juniper Hall Sr's second wife.
I did find some Durden information that might interest you. Martha Hall, Bolen's daughter, married John Durden before she married Levi Johns III. John was a son of Stephen Durden and Martha Lumley. Their daughter Martha Jane married Daniel Green Hall, a brother of Bolen who stayed in Emanuel County Ga. Martha's sister Lavenia married John's brother Thomas.
This is what I thought might really interest you, though. John Leonard Dekle the immigrant's daughter Mary married William Durden, and their son Eleazar and his wife Mary Polly Barwick were the parents of Elizabeth Durden who married Lyman Hall, brother of Bolen, who moved to Clay Co Fl.
I'm not sure if or how these two Durden families are connected (I probably should), but I thought this information might help you somehow.
