Thanks for the info on Thomas, Isaac, Poole Hall connection.I could not find census records for John Beasley and Mary Hall, so had no documention, just info from the web. I am grasping for straws as far as Mary Elizabeth Beasley is concerned. Her obit says she was born in Bullock Co. but I can't locate her. I assume she married Frank Hicks around 1871, as her first child was born 1872. I can't locate her in 1870, unless that is her with Flanders in Emanuel. I also have not been able to find her in 1860. I have a letter written to my Mom years ago from a Mrs K_____, stating Elizabeth's father was Burrell, but the ages and census records don't support that.
You stated you had Dekle's in your line, do you have any Wynn's that connect to them? They were in the same counties in Ga. (Emanuel, Thomas, Lowndes,) and then in Fl.
John C. Wynn sold his property in Thomas Co. in 1837 to William G. Dekle. Was wondering if John C.'s wife, Lucretia could have been a Dekle?
My Hicks line came to Florida from Camden Co. Ga.
