The children's father, Joseph was in prison and was the last family member to be called Rosenzweig. All the children were called Wymans in the census, because Mary asked for and received permission to use her maiden name after her divorce from Joseph.
Somewhere along the line the last name of Harry and his siblings went from Rosenzweig to Wyman to Rose.
Harry's death certificate lists his parents as Joseph Rose and Mary Wyman.
Joseph's prison record lists Mary Wyman, wife and Harry and his siblinds as his children.
When Joseph got out of prison, Mary was dead. The Wymans cannot be found, nor can Joseph be found.
Harry shows up to marry Lelah Loehr in 1901. So where was he for all those years ?
