Catherine Wyland, m. Mark Coates 1812?

Hello, I only found out this past week that "Kate Wilen" in my family reocrds is actually Catherine Wyland. Figure it is a match since not that many women could have been married to Marmaduke (aka Mark)Coates. Found a gedcom with a variant spelling of Coats and some slightly differing info, but he has listed Katherine's parents as ? Wyland and ? Studebaker. Can anyone help? My aunt vaguely thinks the Wylands were Quakers; could easily be mistaken for Amish since her info was sketchy. I would appreciate any info. Thanks.
