Don't give up. I've seen your Elizabeth in other trees on Ancestry.com. All of those trees have mixed up entries. I'd be surprised if your Wolf and my Wolf aren't connected someway because the locations are very close and there just weren't that many people around there back then. I'm half convinced my Johann came to the United States as a mercenary for Britain. They're (the British soldiers) the only ones getting into port during the Revolution and my family notes say they arrived here in 1777 or 1778. Maybe he had a brother with a son John. Anyway, I'll try and make sure I post anything I spot on your Elizabeth. Good luck!
