Good morning...
Am investigating the above couple, who had two children I know off - George (1791) and William (1819) with other posibilities - John (1797) + Alexander (1799) + Jean (1806).
George (1791-1865) married twice (1) Sarah Bridgeford and (2) Amelia Kesson and had two children with each wife. One of his daughters Sarah (1815-1865) had an illegitimate daughter Jean Seivewright (1839) and grandson John Seivewright (1857), the latter born @ Chapel of Garioch, Aberdeeshire.
William (1819-1869) married a connection of mine Agnes Lawson (1816-1885) and had three daughters Catherine (1845) + Jane (1846) + Anne (1852), all born @ Oyne.
Have found marriage of Catherine to Henry Wight (cousin, son of George/Amelia Kesson) and possible marriage of Jane to James Raeburn (1846-0000) and think this latter couple were @ York, England in 1881 census with two children.
Can anyone connect ??
