Indeed, the transciption of the transcript online was a transcript of the original typescript transcribed by an archivist at the department of archives and history taken from the original hand written will of record, to which you can contact them, South Carolina Department of Archives and history, 8301 Parklane Road, Columbia, SC 29223, thhP;//scdah.sc.gov, to request a search and obtain a copy of the original will, and or a copy of their transcipt of the typescript on file.
We would observe the typescript was not error free, and as we proofread our post prior to uploading it, see the errors, as posted, and state, therefore, as always, be sure to check your sources and verify materials provided by other researchers.
Likewise, be good spirited and write the transcriber, to inform them so they can be advised in order to amend their posting, and save them the difficulty of reading publicly about their errors.
Indeed, our post was intended to guide other researchers to locating the source, not to mis-inform.
