Edward Ernest Weitz was my great grandfather through his daughter, Grace Elfrieda Weitz Thomas. He was born 11-22-1856 and died 12-27-1936. His first wife was Wilhelmina (Minnie) Doerr & they had 4 children. Grace, George Ernest,Elmo and Minnie. The baby was born in April of 1890, Minnie died in May, and then baby Minnie died in July. Second wife was Emma Hassel who died the same year they were married, 1892. Last wife was Martha Dotterer. They had a daughter, Anna Marguerite born in 1895 and died in 1926. Martha died in 1945.
