Looking for any information on the family of Henry G. Weitz, also known as Gus Arrived from Germany in 1850 with wife Matilda (Fellows) and 3 children. Son Henry was in boston when he married Mary Louise Cullen 28 Aug 1877. Thier children were:
Clara L. m. George Luscomb
Gertie d. unmarried
Henry G.m. Jessie Maude Carpenter
William 'Bill"m. Nellie
CArl G. d. unmarried
Emil Francis m. Flora Scott
Mamie d.unmarried
Claude Leroy m.1.unknown 2. Ida Smith
All lived in the Providence RI area, where Henry and Mary Louise moved shortly after marriage. This family was heavily involved in music and THEATER, and traveled the vaudville circuit in the 1920's. I have line of Emil Francis and others, but need to fill in holes. Any info greatly welcomed. Looking for cousins. All are deceased, and few had surviving children, except Emil and Henry. Henry's only child did not marry, leaving only Emil's children as descendants.
Hoping there are others that we do not know of, perhaps of Carl G. Weitz, who left the famly in the 1920's and moved west
