Hello. My name is Molly Weise and I would like to post that Judith Anderson Weise, 58, died in October from lung cancer. Judith was my father's (Gordon Jeffery Weise) sister and resided in Potsdam, NY for the majority of her adult life as she was a professor of English at SUNY College at Potsdam. My father, Gordon Jeffey Weise, died on March 1, 1998 also at the age of 58. Russell Weise, Jr., is the only surviving sibling of Jeff and Judy. These three were the children of Russell and Alberta Anderson Weise, Russell, Sr., is the son of Frank and Ida Weise. I believe that all of these Weises aformentioned were born in or around Chatauqua Co., NY--specifically the Mayville or Olean, NY.
Gordon Weise married Carolyn Nettleship of Warsaw, NY and had 4 children: Elizabeth (1966), Peter (1968), Andrew (1971), and Molly (1976). Elizabeth married Thomas Moeller and has one son Benjamin Ryan Moeller (1997), they llive in Saratoga Springs, NY. Peter is not married and lives in Denton, TX. Andrew married Melissa Johnson, no children, and live in Clifton Park, NY. Molly is not married and lives in Denton, TX.
