Mary, my gggrandparents came to Seneca County, Ohio, in 1833. They were Franz Rothermel and Elisabeth Swartz -Rothermel. They had a daughter, Maria ( Mary) when they emigrated from Lautzkirchen. They had a son , John, and several other children in America. They settled, finally, in Muller Settlement (Johnsburg, Illinois). Mary married Jacob Muller.
I have found many Rothermel daughters on LDS, but can't find the Rothermel male lineage for Lautzkirchen or Blieskastel. Do you have any information about how to learn more about Swartz or Rothermel of Lautzkirchen?...Thank you....Mary Johnson
