Mary R. Ketterman
Shinnston-Mary R. Ketterman, 79, of Clarksburg, died at 12:22 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at her residence.
She was born in Norton, WV, on October 26, 1929, a daughter of the late Percy Golden and Violet Reams Weese.
Surviving are thre sons, Richard Grant Ketterman and his companion Kim, Clarkburg, Jerry Lee Ketterman, Salem, Ohio, Luther Grant Ketterman Jr., Texas: eigth daughters, Darlene Ann Watson, Texas, Joyce Lynn Pratt and her husband Robert, Shinnston, Brenda Kay Lamm, Shinnston, Christene Lou Ashley and her companion George Beezel, Hepzibah, Debra Fay Lindsey, Shinnston, Tina Jane Turner and her husband Gary, Clarksburg, Rhonda Jo Beezel and her husband Anthony, Hepzibah, Rebecca Ann Been and her husband Timothy, Clarksburg; 21 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Jean Martin, Ohio; and one brother Ralph Weese, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parent, she was preceded in death by former husband Luther G. Ketterman; one granddaughter, Stacy Lynn Waston; and several brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Ketterman loved to go on car rides with Jamie and go to Cameden On Gauley and loved her grandchildren dearly.
Friends may call at the Perine Funeral Home, Rt. 19 South Shinnston, from 6-9 p.m Friday. A graveside service will be held at noon Saturday at the Hazelwood Cemetery in Elkins, WV.
