Thank you for answering. You are correct when you state the weese family is one large mess. What confused me is children listed as offspring of Peter. The following children on your 2/23/09 post were born after Peter died, they are David R 1837, John 1840, David 1842, Elizabeth 1844 and Barnabas 1849. Unless Mary remarrid to another weese I cannot make the connection. Inn that list I have not been able to connect the individuals under the following numbers 3,4,5,6,7,8, and 9. Begining with 10 they are part of the tree I am working on. With so many Weese's in Virginia it is very confusing to determine who is family and who is not, IF you know the parents or grandparents of any of the individuals listed in the above numbers please let me know. Thanks for all your assistance to date,
