Hi Kate,
Just wondering if 'your' WEBBER family were in Carlinville, Illinois, at anytime?
I have 2 photos of some children, 1 has 2 girls about 7 & 8 years of age & the other has a girl & boy in it she is older about 8 & the boy about 5. These are just a guess at the ages. But the photos were taken at the "From the ART GALLERT of J. C. STEWART.
West side of Square CARLINVILLE, - Illinois."
NOW, I must tell you that I do not know if these are WEBBER photos, I am acting on a hunch......My Dad's Mother was a WEBBER from Victoria, Australia. Her father George WEBBER, was born in Somerset, England....
Dad's Mother died when Dad was young, and he never knew where this photo album came from other than it was of family..... And it does not appear that it came from his father's side of the family....
Yep, I'm clutching at straws!!!!!
If your WEBBER family wasn't at Carlinville, that's ok, but if you come across someone that has the connection, please feel free to pass my address on to them.
