My mother is a Webber, born in Plattsburgh NY.
I have found most of the information from church, census and death records.
I'll list my Webber's, they are all born in Clinton County from Champlain, Rouses Point, Plattsburgh and Morrisonville.

Please let me know if any of this connects. I haven't been able to find any of Stephens brothers of sisters or who his parents are. In the 1870 census it states that Stephens parents are of foreign birth. My mother tells me her father said all of his family were from Canada.
