SUBJECT
Leila Maria Leake is borrowing £150 from William Webber. The security given is the expectation of her daughter Leila Constance Leake to an inheritance under the will of Edmund Thomas EYTON which will become payable on the death of the mother.
A second indenture of 1893 has been added on the back in which William Webber declares that the loan has been repaid and he is then releasing his charge on the daughter's assets.
