(01/02/2002)Cora A. (Kokel) Webber, 75, passed away on Sunday, December 30, 2001. Born in Walburg, Texas, on February 17, 1926, she was the daughter of Herman A. Kokel and Cora (Mirtching) Kokel. Mrs. Webber had been an Austin resident for 49 years and had resided in Round Rock for the past eight years. She was a member of King of Kings Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert Webber; her son, Michael Webber and wife, Janice; her daughter, Mary Mullens; three brothers, Herman Kokel and wife Jean, Eldor Kokel and wife, Virginia, and Charles Kokel; sister, Luella Garza and husband, Jim. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brian Webber, Sheila Webber, Tommy Mullens and Jeannette Mullens; and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2002, at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 3, 2002, at the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery. The family would like to express appreciation to Christine Leistico, Myrtle Jackson, Norma and Louis Klawitter, Charles and Shirley Pattillo, to Dr. Sina Meisamy, to the nurses and staff of Trinity Lutheran Nursing Home, to Circle of Life Hospice and to the members of King of Kings Lutheran Church for their loving care and support.
