My mother-in-law's maiden name was Wease. Her parents were Lorraine Kollmeyer and Archibald Edward Wease. Mr. Wease started his own wholesale company in 1929, " A. E. Wease." It would deliver around Jefferson Co., MO and St. Louis from a small store. My mother-in-law, Betty Marie Wease Clark, became owner of the business when her father died. She, her husband, their daughter, and their son expanded the business throughout Missouri and into Illinois. My mother-in-law is retired and my husband in now president of the company. We now have three large warehouses and an office building.
