Would like to connect with any descendants of a James E or James A Terry who was born ca 1881 TN.
Need to learn the identity of his Mother, Father or siblings. Trying to prove his mother to be Mary E. Terry, born ca 1861 TN or possibly AL. She was in Jackson Co AL in 1900, along with a James E. Terry, age 18, born June 1881 in TN.
Found a James E/James A Terry family on 3 census records; the 1910/1920/1930, Dist 8, Hardin Co TN census records. Wife shown on these 3 records as Lermia, Lona and Leona. Children listed on these records as Evial/Eva; May; Lena; Gertrude; Lura; L. C.; Fay; and James(Jr?)
Is this the same family on all 3 census records? Can anyone help with additional info on them?
