Charles Ray Terry
LINDEN, TX - Charles Ray Terry, of Linden, Tx, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009 at Willis Knighton North Hospital in Shreveport, La after a lengthy illness. Charles had made the decision years ago to donate his body to science. To honor his request, no memorial is planned.
Charles was born March 2, 1937 to Jap and Olevia Colyer Terry who preceded him in death.
Charles is survived by his wife Peggy Alford Terry and four sons: Danny Terry and Stacie, Walter Norwood and Diana, Jimmy Terry and Ester, David Terry and Amanda. Eight grandchildren also survive him.
He also leaves to cherish his memory two sisters and one brother, Louise Shelton, Betty Matthews and husband, Fred, Paul Dean Terry, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives. Rose-Neath Funeral Home
