James Terry married Phillena Gilliland Jan 7 1828 Hardin Co., KY. Phillena daughter of James Gilliland/Gilleland and Mary "Polly" Morrison.
On marriage record it says Joel A Morrison is guardian and gives consent for James Terry. Mary Morrison had a brother Joel a Morrison and also a nephew Joel A Morrison. Either one could have been guardian to James Terry. Could his mother have been a Morrison also? Help, I am very new to the Terry surname.
