Anyway, The book's entry for Tom and Laura:
'Tom and Laura were generous and genial with a wide acquaintance of friends; they were active in social and political affairs and Tom served two terms as Otsego Twp. Trustee. He was a farmer-stockman interested in progressive farm practices. After his death, Laura lived in Hamilton in 1946. Thomas built a new home on the old Aaron farm and it was here that the famous annual Teegardin Reunions were held at Circle Park. The night before the 1927 reunion, Aaron's old home burned - probably caused by a fire in preparation for the next day's picnic dinner. The first reunion was held in 1912 at Jacob's farm home; the next at Thomas' and the third at John's; then back and forth among 1944.
