Thanks for sending these messages. I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply. We have been out of town on vacation since June 2 and just returned yesterday (June 11).
Yes I know about the Tabors of early Virginia. I have studied them over the last 45 years. The Tabor who came into Carter County, KY, was Basil Moab Tabor. He was the son of William Tabor and an unknown wife (probably Nelly). However, he was not my direct ancestor. That was Daniel Tabor of Tazewell County, VA. Basil was his younger brother.
