Looking for information about Omar M Taber, also called "Homer" on 1880 Census. Omar, b. 1838, New York, is found in 1860 in Ellisburg, Jefferson, New York, 1880 in Howard, Elk, Kansas, with wife Emma, and children Ella R., Charles E., Clara W., and George A. Taber. By 1885, Kansas Stae Census, omar is a widower with same 4 children. In 1895, Omar has remarried Lucy, is still in Elk Co. KS, and has 2 more daughters, Edith and Frances. In 1910 and 1920, Omar is now in Berrien Co. Michigan with Lucy and children, joined by Charles E. in 1920 (son from first marriage). Not found in 1930, so assume Omar died bef 1930 in Berrien, MI.
Looking for information on Omar's parents, birthplace in NY, Clara's birthdate, and Emma and Lucy's maiden names.
