Hi! My name is Heather Powell. I am looking for my biological father, Randy Sweat. I am not sure of the correct spelling of his surname, but I do know that he was in the Navy in FL in 1982. That is where he met my mother, Stephanie Foran. I believe that he agreed to marry my mother so that I could carry on the family name, but then he planned to divorce her quietly. She didn't agree, so I don't have a whole lot to go on. I believe that he was about 6 ft 4 in and had brown hair and eyes. I have a picture of him, so that's the only other link I have to him. If you know anyone who can help, please let me know. I wish nothing of him other than to possibly introduce myself and let him know that I am doing well. Thank you and God bless!
