Reaserching the maddex(ox) family line northeast Missouri about 1880. my GGFather James Lewis Maddex married Mary L Stone. Starting new at this was wondering if anyone here had any information on my Ggmother and her line back. Possibly KY though GGGF seems to be MD, OH, MO. Oral family history says GGF came to MO from KY about 1820/21. Any help on the Stone side ?
