Well, it appears certain that there is a connection between the Steed Family and the Sanders Family of Randolph County, NC in the early 1800's.

Do you have the connection between Francis Steed and Moses Steed? Anson County was next to Randolph County and my Sanders Family seems to have had connections in both counties. It would be real interesting to know the parents and siblings of Jane Sanders Steed. And it is possible that there was more than one marriage between the Steed and Sanders families. It happened quite often.

Really appreciate the information and any other information that might have that would pertain to the Sanders line.
