I have been reviewing some of my sister's notes on the Spiers family. We believe that Charles Spiers married Mary Ann Elery at Beckford 11 Nov 1845. We have Sarah's birth certificate for 15.2.1860 at Grafton Beckford. The birth certificate shows the surname SPIRES. It looks as though she has found an entry in the 1881 census where Tommy is the 8m son of Sarah. That is all I have
