According to the 1900 Lincoln County Census Nona and Martha Spears are listed as step-daughters and living with a Charles Walls not Chester. Roxie Spears is living at the home of Leander Spears. My dad and grandmother told me some stories about my great-grandparents and they are Chester and Nona Spears. They were married January 6, 1911. They are buried side-by-side in Morrisvalle. I don't know where Chester's first wife is buried.
Chester Walls' parents are John and Sara (Johnson) Walls. I have death certificates for both Chester and Nona.
Trying to figure all this out is very confusing and hard to untangle, the further I go. However, I do appreciate you giving me what information you have, Mr. Bird. Please e-mail me. I would like to know more about this part of my family.
