I am searching for Calvin Spears who is from the Tennessee / Arkansas area. I don't know who he married but we believe her name may have been Molly. His son was William Monroe (have also heard that his middle name may have started with a L.) Spears who married a Mary Jane Wells and then a Woman by the name of Lottie Gilliam. There was several children born to these two marriage - (to William *Bill* and Mary Jane there was William Fon, Molly and Thomas Franklin) to William and Lottie there was Doty, Louis and Mary Spears. They all are from the Tennessee and Arkansas area. They settled around the Harrisburg area in Arkansas and was told that Mary Jane and William *Bill* Spears are buried at the Old City Cemetery in Harrisburg Arkansas. I am looking for any family members who can help me finish line and also to help me find out if there really was Indian Blood in this family line. I was told that Mary Jane Wells was a Indian Princess when she married William. When Thomas Franklin Spears (he was one of the son's by William and Mary Jane) was alive, he would have his daughters to name their baby dolls the same name over and over again. The name of their baby dolls was Lucinda, Melvinia, Kathleen, Mary Jane...could there be a reason for these names? Maybe you can help...Have came to a dead end on this family tree...
