James, would you look up RACHEL SIBLEY to see if she is in the book. She was in Lawrence Co. AL in 1830 with 3 boys and 4 girls under 21. (Evidently her husband was either dead or at least not there) I would like to know who her husband was.

I am still looking for the father (born in NC) of William Hiram Sibley. William H. was on the Carroll Co. Ar. census in 1860 listing birthplace as AL. He is on the Bell Co. TX census listing birthplace as TN. I can't find some of my old files, but I seem to remember him living in either LA or MO as a wagonmaker.
