Now I am beginning to wonder if you aren't right about GG and PM being brothers.

If you look at the 1850 Lawrence County, Mississippi census. Pleasant Moore is married to Harriet. The next entry is a Mary? Sibley age 36 with a GG Sibley age 21, SH age 16, SH age 11, John G age 9, and MA age 7. In the 1860 Census all Sibleys are gone from the county.

It makes me wonder if when John G, Sr. died ~1846 his wife didn't follow Pleasant Moore to Lawrence County, Mississippi and also to Louisiana.

Just more thoughts.

Whit
