I am a descendant of Joseph Townsend Sibley, one of the siblings of Lurancy Sibley. I have in my posession a copy of an article written in the St. Charles Chronicle about Lurancy and Ira Grandy. If you would like a copy of it please email me and I will get you a copy. I am also looking for information on the Sibley family. I can't seem to go any further back than Lurancy and Joseph's father, John Sibley. I have been able to find more information on their mother, Lucy Haven. If anyone has any more information on the Sibley family I would love to see it. Thanks.
