Hello Robert, Elisha's second wife was Emma McGrotty(nee Butters, who later remarried for a third time to a William Magee of Ottawa in 1884. Elisha's first wife and daughter died( I do not have my notes with me at the moment)
and do not at the moment believe he had any further children. I believe Elisha and Emma took care of Frederick Philip Hue, who was orphaned along with his brother s one who was my greatgrandfather Captain Philip Hue who married Amelia Butters, Emma's sister. I intend to go back to St John this summer to find out more of Elisha. I will post my findings. Regards Dave
