I would like to see the tree for the Alvaston/Boulton lot.

I saw the Wirksworth Elizabeth too. I'm loathe to go for her. I need to look at the records proper and see if this Henry George turns up as a 'Henry', either because he was listed as having died, or because he married. If he just disappears as a Henry (and from the census it does seem that way) then there is a good chance that he was Henry George known as George. A proper look at the original records would show if there are any missing people - the IGI is famously inaccurate. I need the marriage. It could, of course, have happened in Repton, as often women married in their home parish even if they were living/working away from home.

So I guess it's a visit to Matlock at some point... that means I'll have to go stay with my Aunt in Etwall, as I live in London. Or I could just pop to the Soc'y of Genealogists only my membership ran out last year.... Doh.
