3. Indenture of 1880 by which Jane Cotton borrows £600 from Rev. Arthur Hardy and Rev. John Seager on security of this property.
(We are told that transactions 1 - 3 were carried out by Jane Cotton acting for her mother Jane Cotton (the elder), wife of George Cotton of Tunstall).
