Indenture of 1880 by which Jane Whittingham sells property ('A' below ) to Jane Cotton for £665 2. Indenture of 1880 by which Elizabeth Davies sells property ('B' below) to Jane Cotton for £300 3. Indenture of 1880 by which Jane Cotton borrows £600 from Rev. Arthur Hardy and Rev. John Seager on security of this property.
