i am looking for a richard shaffer, he is 42 years old, born dec. 3,1965. he lived in yucca valley, ca in 1989. this is a very important family matter and would like to find him. it has to do with a 17 year old daughter he has never met. please email me with any info you might have. i have used an online p.i. service and the last address they had was for bullhead city, az. i have found his senior picture online so i know he went to school at live oak union high school in morgan city, ca.
