Hi John,
This is a real long shot but I printed a copy of page 156 of a microfilm reel of the 1850 U.S. Census of Pennsylvania for Erie Co., Green Twp.

It was a poor quality microfilm. Family # 184 on that page was a Shadduck family. I just can't totally make out the names. Perhaps you might find a better reel and be able to read them.

The wife's name is Sarah, and the Husband's name looks like Chauncy or Channey. plus four children. One of the children's name starts with a "W". The Husband was born in Conn.

It might be worth the effort to check it out. Let me know if you find anything.
