Ted, can you come to the rescue again? I could only find one possibility on censuses for the husband of Catherine Angeline SELBY, b. ca. 1918. In Summit Co., OH, 1930, there was a Victor LEONHARD, aged 8, but I only have access to the free database.
Victor, 8, is probably the right one because SSDI has
