I am trying to find information on Ernest Schaffer from Peoria, IL. My grandmother turns 80 next year and never knew much about her family history. So as a gift I would like to give her a family album but I am hitting a brick wall. The only info she was able to give me is this:
Ernest Schaffer born 25 Sept. 1881 married Harriet Bomhold He died 28 Apr. 1926 in Peoria, IL. She died 15 June 1916 in Peoria, IL. She knew of two brothers Anton and Michael Schaffer.
Ernest and Harriet had the following children:
Minnie-married Don Schultz died in AZ.
Ernest-born 19 Jan 1909 died June 1989 East peoria, IL
married Julia Elizabeth Schrai and had 3 daughters
Harry-born 28 Aug 1911 died Apr 1983 in Pekin, IL
married Winifred? has a daughter named Diane
William- died in CA
If anyone out there has any information on this Schaffer line, please help me.
