Hi, It looks like we may be related. My father, Randall Luther Shaffer b.15May1906 d.13Jun1974 in Hyndman PA, was son of Charles Ervin Shaffer b.6Sep1863 d.1935. Charles had many other children: Oscar Nathan, Ira Zane, Floyd Emanuel, Kenneth L., Alma Pauline, besides Randall.
That Charles E. Shaffer's father was Nathan Shaffer b.1831 d.1914 who had children: George Wesley, Elizabeth Ann, Sarah Ellen, Charles Ervin, and Clara Belle.
