Kandie,
I would like to correspond directly also. My Dad is 53 and lives in Washington where I am located. He told me that Fillmore was supposedly in Boystown Nebraska at one time in his younger years but they don't keep records back far enough to confirm it. I was also told that his parents ran a "speak easy" during prohibition. There was another sibling that was not on the census that I had, I think a girl that was older. We have some pictures of Fillmore, one in the military and some with my Grandma. They met while working unloading ships I think. This was up in Grays Harbor near Aberdeen Washington. Apparently he told my Grandma about his other 2 children at some point. I would be curious to see if Floyd or your Dad look like my Dad or visa versa. I had lost track of Fillmore from the time he was out of the War to the time he married my Grandma. I do have a copy of his military records but they didn't give me much more info than I already had. Hope to talk to you soon, Janis Saylor
