I am not related but found this obit in the Skagit Valley Herald, Mt. Vernon, WA. Thought someone might be interested.
JOHN N. ROOT Jr.
1929 - 2009
John N. Root Jr. was born to John N. and Lillian E. (Twiss) Root on September 29, 1929, in Avery, Idaho. He entered into rest with his Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ on October 3, 2009 in Marysville following a brief illness.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and direction of Affordable Burial & Cremation Services, LLC of Mount Vernon.
Cards of condolence may be mailed to John's fdamily and friends in care of the Funeral Home.
