My wife and I are working on my family history. My great great
grandparents Lyman
and Ruth Wing Richardson came to Davis Co Iowa in 1846 and settled
near Troy Iowa. Lyman died in 1853 and Ruth on Jan 17 1901. They
had 5 chidren
1. Julius L b 5/3/1837 in Vermont
2. George Lyman b 1/13/1839 in Vermont died 11/8/1916
3.Jane (Jennie ) b 11/10 1842 m ? Clark died in 1891
4.Norman Wing Richardson b Dec 1843 in Vermont. married Alice Nidey.
She died Dec 28 1870 . They had 1 son George b 1871 and died shortly
after birth. Alice is buried in Pulaski Cemetery.
Norman married Ellen Burns Sept 17 1873 . They had 7 children
Lyman J b 1874 died May 4 1963
Jessie b 1876 died Jan 25 1877
Ernest Burns b 1878 and died June 29 1965
Minnie b March 15 1880 marie d Walter Lee Smith
Clifford b 1882 died Jan 1955 in Caldwell Idaho
Mattie b 1884 married William E Billips died Aug 1966 in Caldwell
Idaho
Elmer Richardson Sample b April 1886 married Nancy Jane Fountain
Elmer died Jan 2 1945 in Lebanon Mo.
Ellen Burns Richardson wife on Norman Wing died May 10 1886. Norman
wingg married Amanda Pherigo April 8 1888. They had 4 children
Pearl b Dec 1888 d ied Jan 1946 Pearl married Julia Margaret Elliott
Ransom Richardson b Feb 1890 d ied Jan 1936 married Myrna Steel
Jennie b July 22 1891 died Sept 1958 married Merwin Chadwick
Elsworth Richardson b Nov 1892 died Oct 1965 married Bessie Grant
Norman Wing Richardson died Oct 26 1919 and is buried in Troy
Cemetery.
5.Ira Richardson b May 22 1853 d Jan 1935 married Amelia Bacon.
i would appreciate any information any one could share with me on this
family or if anyone could tell me who might be able to help me find
information .
