My grandfather was Henry Monroe Richardson. He was married to Johnnie Franklin Richardson. My father, Oral Luther Richardson, was one of their 8 children, Nova, Elmo, Betty, Leeroy, Oral, Bobby Jean (female), Emma, and John Alvin.
I know they lived around Ada before moving to Lawton. My father told me that my grandmother insisted the spelling of the last name be changed from Ritchardson to Richardson. I don't know if it is true or not. If you have any other information about our family, please share with me. All 8 of the children have now passed and there's not a source of information for us now.
