FYI, Our line is one of the other Catherine (Weber) Ringeisens in Illinois. Born 1814, married Jacob Ringeisen in Altbreitenfelderhof, Bavaria. Settled in Peoria. Their children scattered east across central Illinois. Jacob died in 1858 shortly after immigration. She lived until 1899; buried in Thawville. One of my projects is seeing if I can learn anything about Catherine's long life, confirm her family name, etc. So far, no obituaries or stories!
More or less same ages and names as several other Ringeisens like yours who immigrated about the same time, St Louis, Indiana....
