Hi Barbara,
It certainly does sound possible that we are researching about the same Antonio. Heres what I have on him so far. He was Born in Edinburgh, Scotland about 1886, his fathers name is Biagio Rinaldi and his mothers name is Benedette Rinaldi, he had 9 siblings, Mary, Julio, Guiseppe, Jamatisto( unsure if that is his correct name) Peter, Christine, Rumilda, Alfred and angelo. I know that his father Biagio owned a confectioners but not sure about antonio. when he travelled to america in 1909 aged 22 he was stated as being single, This I pressumed was when he immigrated but as you say I cannot be sure if he did return to scotland one more time before again returning to America. Although Antonio was born in Edinburgh along with 4 of his siblings the others where born in Lanark, Glasgow, Scotland. This is where his father had his business. I was wondering if you have any certificates or other information that may have Antonios parents names on it or siblings. As it will help to identify if we are indeed researching the same Antonio.
