Hi! My gggrandfather's name was Patrick Hamilton Richerson. He was born in Missouri,I believe near Sedalia. He later moved the family to McAllister, Oklahoma where he owned a wagon yard and livery business. From there he and his son, my ggrandfather Patrick Sank Richerson, moved their families to Yorktown, Texas, where they operated a horse and mule business. My gggrandmother's maiden name was Wood; my ggrandmother's maiden name was Rigsby. I am curious as to whether our Richerson's might be connected. What does the "H" in your JH Richerson stand for?
