On the 1850 census for Orange County, Indiana, John W. Richards d(b. abt. 1811)is listed with his wife Mary - children are William, Sarah, Clarke, Washington, Newton, Thomas and Mary. On the 1860 census for Orange County, Indiana, John W. Richards is listed with new children of Eliza and Lewis.
Both censes state John W. Richards was born in Tenn. I am trying to determine the parents of John and where in Tenn. he is from. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
